Greetings Everyone, my name is Teneshia Flagg and I am the director of Hope Grows Child Development Center I located at Lost Knife Road in Gaithersburg, MD. I am mother of three beautiful children and a pet parent to a lovely dog named Chichi. I have been working in the Early Childhood education field for 23 years. Before becoming a director, I was a preschool/ Pre-K teacher then was promoted to Assistant director. I currently have an associate degree in early child education and will be pursuing a bachelor’s in early childhood/ Liberal Arts soon. In addition, I have been a member of Phi Theta Kappa Honors sorority for 11 years.

My goal is to strive for our team and I at Hope Grows in Gaithersburg, MD to provide high quality education for students in a warm nurturing environment. My door is always open because a partnership between educators and families is important for children’s success!
