Hope Grows Child Development Center
Enrollment
Information
Hope Grows Child Development Center accepts children from 6 weeks to 12 years of age. The majority of children at the center are in full-time care or part-time care. The center accepts children on a first come, first serve basis. Children are accepted on the basis of available space in the age classrooms. We will put your child’s name on our reservation’s list, if there are no spaces available and contact you as soon as a space become available. Hope Grows Child Development Center admits children and hires employees on a nondiscriminatory basis, without regard to race, ethnicity and or religion.
Parents interested in enrolling a child or children should make an appointment to tour the center. The next step in the process is to have an interview with the Director. At this time, parents will be given a Parent Packet containing the following forms: Health Inventory (PDF) and Immunization Forms (PDF), Emergency Contact Form (PDF), Enrollment Agreement (PDF) and the Food Program Forms (PDF). Health and immunization forms must be completed and signed by a physician prior to the first day. Licensing rules dictate that children cannot attend the center without the proper paperwork on file. You may ask the director for an extension if you have scheduled an appointment with a physician.
